You may commemorate someone on this beautiful, newly created page, for a donation of at least $250. Please note that amounts over $250 will be especially appreciated. This page will serve as a Virtual Wall of Remembrance not only to those who have lost their battle with Alzheimer's, but for anyone who is no longer with us. It's an ideal way of remembering a loved and at the same time supporting our cause.
In order to add your loved one's name to our Wall of Remembrance, please mail in your check or donate online (by clicking on the PayPal button on the left of this page). You should also include a letter or an email with your loved one's information (First name, last name, date of birth and date of passing), along with your name so that we can verify a minimum donation of $250. We will then enter the information on this page. In the event of an email, please be sure to enter the words "Wall of Remembrance" in the subject line and email your information to: Info@alzCURE.org.
Your check should be made out to the "Alzheimer's CURE Foundation, Inc.". It should then (along with a letter or note that contains your loved one's information) be mailed to the:
