Anyone may create a lasting family legacy and become a part of history. This program can be used to create your (and your family's) legacy and associate your name with the Alzheimer's Prize. It can also be used as a memorial program to commemorate a loved one who has passed (with or without Alzheimer's) by having their name associated with the Alzheimer's Prize. We will work closely with you to help you create your family, business, or individual legacy and become a part of history-in-the-making. This is also a beautiful way to honor a (living) loved one (again, with or without Alzheimer's). What better gift to yourself or your business than creating a lasting legacy and becoming a part of something so big that it will change the course of history while at the same time serving as a catalyst that will spur medical research to exciting new heights? Your legacy as a participant in The Alzheimer's Prize will go down in history for future generations, through eternity. All the names participating in this program will be engraved on a plaque and given to the recipient of the Alzheimer's Prize, along with their cash-prize award.

All funds are prize-designated and the Alzheimer' s CURE Foundation, Inc. will only use the interest generated for our educational programs, community outreach, and other administrative costs.

In addition businesses that may not have the ability to become an Alzheimer's Prize Sponsor may become a part of this exciting new program. Again, we will work closely with you to make sure you can become a part of this program.
