Our Prize Judiciary Committee
Our Prize Judiciary Committee will consist of neuroscientists, neurologists and other medical researchers with experience in neurodegenerative and brain-related diseases in general. It will be this committee – and not the Board of Directors – who will judge the validity of the cure and decide upon the winner of The Alzheimer's Prize. In order to be eligible for the prize, all the Rules for the Prize criteria must be met.
Although experienced in neurodegenerative diseases and perhaps even participants in the research of Alzheimer’s, the members of our Prize Judiciary Committee will not be eligible to receive The Alzheimer’s Prize.
We will start the process of identifying members for our Prize Judiciary Committee when we are closer to reaching our goal in terms of raising the $20 million reward and will announce the names of our Prize Judiciary Committee as soon as the process of identifying qualified individuals who are willing to disqualify themselves from the prize, is complete.
The ultimate goal of the Alzheimer's CURE Foundation, Inc., is to ensure total transparency in its process and the awarding of The Alzheimer's Prize.
