Gift Donations
These are a wonderful way of
saying "I care". In the future you will be able to honor
someone's birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement,
etc. For now, you may still send a Gift Donation, but in
order to do this you will have to either mail in your check,
click this button
or call us at 401-473-7019. After you submit your donation
(there is no minimum for this category), you should email us
or include a note with your check, giving the name, address,
email address, type of gift (birthday, anniversary,
retirement, etc.) for whom this gift is designated for. We
will send them an email informing them of the gift that was
submitted in their honor. Please be sure to include your
information as well.
You may also donate "In Lieu
of Flowers" for the funeral of a loved one by following
the above instructions for now. An email will go to the
family of the deceased informing them of your gift. Please
be sure to include all the information: name of the
deceased, name, address and email address of the family
member who is to receive the email informing them of your
gift, as well as your name, address, email address and other
contact information, such as phone, that you may wish to
include. In the future, this will also be a bit more
automated and you will be able to click on the appropriate
link and fill out a form.
Wall of Remembrance
You
may commemorate someone on the Wall of Remembrance page
for a donation of at least
$250. Please note that amounts over $250 will be especially
appreciated. This page serves as a Virtual Wall of Remembrance to those
who have lost their battle with Alzheimer's. We will be happy, however, to include any other deceased you may wish to commemorate. If your loved one has passed on from a disease other than Alzheimer's, please be sure to include that in your email to us and we will add the information in parenthesis next to their name.
You may donate by mail or online and send us an
email
(or
letter) with your loved one's information (First name, last
name, date of birth and date of passing), along with your
name so that we can verify a minimum donation of $250.
Corporate and Other Giving
Our Foundation places a lot of
importance in Corporate Giving. If your Corporation would
like to sponsor The Prize, please visit our Prize
Sponsorship page for more information and general
guidelines. For additional information, please feel free to
contact us directly at 401-473-7019. We would be happy to
assist you. In addition, we readily accept Stocks, Bonds,
etc. as well as long-term commitments in the form of Planned
Giving. These types of donations are welcome both from
corporations and private individuals.
